It is with sadness we announce the sudden passing of Mary Ford on December 29, 2025 at St. Thomas Health Centre at the age of 88.
She is survived by her sister Marsha (Barry) Ulmer, her brothers, Andrew (Irina Grinberg) Zukowski, Leon (Melody Striker) Zukowski; Nieces, Sherri (Ron) Maloney, and Kim McClelland (Rob Regan); Brother-in-law, Randy McClelland, and Stepson, Wayne Ford.
She was predeceased by her parents, Nancy and Walter Zukowski; her husbands, Fred Hickey and Roland Ford; her sister, Sophie McClelland; and her son, Alex Hickey.
Mary was born in Northville, Alberta, but lived most of her life in Edmonton. She was employed by the Royal Bank of Canada. She was an avid painter and loved to travel with visits and cruises to many warm destinations.
Mary will be missed.
As per Mary’s wishes, cremation has taken places.
