It is with the heaviest of hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved son, brother, and uncle, Francis Xavier Bischoff. “Franny” was born September 17, 1990 in Edmonton, AB to proud parents Susan and Bruce; he died in Mundare, AB on November 23, 2025, his grandfather’s and namesake’s birthday.
Talented and successful, Francis was a gentle soul who helped everyone he met. He was known for his work ethic and smarts, loyalty and incredible laugh. Francis loved to go camping in the mountains and, whenever he could get away, would be often found at Abraham Lake.
FX is survived by his parents Bruce and Sue, his siblings Aaron, Caleb, and Ali (Bryce), sister in-law Kat, and nieces and nephews Hunter, Autumn, Makayla, and Eli. He is deeply missed by his large extended family and countless friends, all of whom loved him dearly.
