It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Allan James Woodward on December 9, 2024. He will be missed by his loving wife Carol, children Paula (Kyle McWilliams), James (Linda), and grandchildren Bailey-Anne, Logan, Nathan, and Nicholas. He is also survived by his sister Marilyn (Mark) McNevitts, brother-in-laws Gerry (Sheila) Berezuk, and Geoff Ford.
Allan was a generous spirit who reached many people with his love, knowledge, and kindness. He was a master at causing both smiles and groans simultaneously, which endeared him to all who had the pleasure of meeting him.
The family will be hosting a celebration of his life at Grace United Church (6215 104 Ave NW, Edmonton) on Saturday, December 14th. 2024 at 1:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Grace United Church. https://www.canadahelps.org/en/dn/19134
