The family of Barry Erno are saddened to announce the passing of their dear brother Barry on February 3rd 2024.
Barry lived his life with zest and happiness. He was a big Edmonton Oilers fan and he loved the WWE. He also loved all kinds of space movies, especially Star Wars.
Anyone who knew Barry loved him dearly and appreciated his sweet unassuming nature.
He is survived by his three big brothers; Mitchell of Grande Prairie; David of Edmonton; Dean of Teepee Creek; three nephews, Kevin, Trevor and Spencer; two nieces Maria and Dorothy; 14 great nieces and nephews and 3 great great nieces and nephews.
Barry was predeceased by his father Eldon Erno in 1977 and his mother Lorna Erno in 2022
The family is in total gratitude of the care Skills society provided Barry all throughout his adult life, and in particular Charel and her colleagues at Kiwanis Place who loved and cared for Barry during in his final days.
A private family burial will be held summer 2024 at the Teepee Creek cemetery. A
celebration of life will be held at Kiwanis Place for caregivers and family in Edmonton..TBA
