It is with heavy hearts that the family of Claude Anctil announce his passing on Friday, February 21, 2025 at the age of 75 years.
Claude will always be missed by his family, wife of 28 years, Louise Tremblay; two children, Denise Anctil (Wayne Paquette) Luc Anctil; step-son, Lee (Paige) Tremblay; three grandchildren, Aimée, Calliope, and Grayson; four brothers, Gilles (Claire), Ronald (Toni), Roger (Jeannine) and Danny (Paulette); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
Claude was predeceased by his son, Paul; and his parents, Candide and Théodule.
Keeping with Claude’s wishes, cremation will take place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 11:00 at The Broadmoor Golf Course Clubhouse, 2100 Oak St, Sherwood Park, AB.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Claude may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
C’est avec le cœur lourd que la famille de Claude Anctil annonce son décès le vendredi 21 février 2025 à l’âge de 75 ans.
Claude laisse dans le deuil son épouse de 28 ans, Louise Tremblay; deux enfants, Denise Anctil (Wayne Paquette) Luc Anctil; beau-fils, Lee (Paige) Tremblay; trois petits-enfants, Aimée, Calliope et Grayson; quatre frères, Gilles (Claire), Ronald (Toni), Roger (Jeannine) et Danny (Paulette); ainsi que de nombreux neveux, nièces, membres de la famille élargie et de nombreux amis chers.
Claude a été précédé dans la mort par son fils, Paul; et ses parents, Candide et Théodule. Conformément aux volontés de Claude, la crémation aura lieu. Une célébration de la vie aura lieu le samedi 15 mars à 11h au Broadmoor Golf Course Clubhouse. Au lieu de fleurs, des dons à la mémoire de Claude peuvent être faits à l’organisme de bienfaisance de votre choix.
Louise, my heart goes out to you and your precious family with Claude’s passing. I never had the pleasure of meeting him in person but I know he was well loved by you and all who knew him. Sending warm hugs and loving prayers
Louise, I am truly sorry for your immense loss of Claude. He was such a lovely gentleman with such a big heart and beautiful smile. My heart goes out to you Louise, Lee & family. Please know we are thinking of you.
