Earl Wayne Bolichowski

We are greatly saddened by the passing of our husband, dad and grandpa, Earl Wayne Bolichowski, on September 11, 2022, after a long and difficult battle with illness. Earl passed away at home in Sherwood Park, surrounded by his loving family. He is survived by his wife, Connie; children Ryan (Heather), Kelly (Val), and Shannon; grandchildren, Warwick and Gwendoline; and younger brother Richard. Earl was predeceased by his father, John, mother, Nancy, and youngest brother, Robert.
Our family is comforted knowing that he is at peace and able to be at rest. There will be a private memorial with only family members at a later date. In honour of Earl’s memory, we ask that in lieu of flowers a donation be made to the Cross Cancer Institute. Earl was deeply loved and will be greatly missed.

Connie and family,
Very sorry to hear of Earl’s passing. Our sympathy goes out to all of his family. He may be gone, but the memories he created with each of us will live as long as we do. Rest in Peace, Earl.

Hi Connie & Family, my deepest sympathies to all of you. Earl was a long time friend and will dearly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you and Earl is in a better place, out of pain after the many years of battling this horrific disease!!

DR. WAYNE DWERNYCHUK

Earl was my best friend since 1958 when I move to Smoky Lake. We stayed in touch all these years. I will miss him. He was one of a kind.

Earl was the best boss I ever worked for. In a world where club owners usually try to chisel musicians, Earl was the exception. He is also the only club owner who gave me a bonus after my band packed the house to overflowing with Grand Ole Opry star Ferlin Husky. Earl was also the biggest contributor to the Robert Anderson Memorial Bursary Fund, which we established after the passing of my steel player, Rob.

I know I speak for all the members of my band when I say we only have fond memories of Earl, and we will miss him dearly.

Our deepest condolences to you all.
Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
