On March 12, 2025, Heidemarie Reder (nee Rudat) passed away at the age of 77. She was predeceased by her husband, Alfred, in 2008 after 41 years of marriage. She is survived and desperately missed by her son, Fred, daughter Cathleen (Ben), grandchildren, Brandon, Tim, Joanna, and Savannah (Dwayne). A memorial service will be held on March 29 at 11am in the Courtyard Ballroom of the Edmonton Inn & Conference Centre, 11834 Kingsway Ave NW, Edmonton.
