John Micael Kocil of Sherwood Park, Alberta passed peacefully in his sleep on October 15, 2023 at the age of 72. John was a founding member of the Robin Hood Association and a resident of the Aspen Gardens in Sherwood Park.
John will be lovingly remembered by his brothers: Harry, Lawrence, Stephen and Terry, as well as his extended family of the Robin Hood Association.
John was predeceased by his father, Metro, and his mother, Eva and two sisters.
Our family are deeply indebted to the staff of the Robin Hood Association for the loving care that John received during his 50+ years of residency.
A celebration of his life will be scheduled for the spring/summer of 2024 at the Aspen Garden where he resided. At this time we would like to honor the staff for their exemplary loving care of John.
It was an honor to be in John’s company. He will be missed.
