Such sadness! Such a lovely and gentle soul, Condolences to her entire family, she was such a sweet lady.
Forever and always in our hearts!
How heartbreaking this is to write. I have such fond memories of our boarding school time together and the adventures we had as young adults in Edmonton. Kristine had a laugh that was completely her own—so full of life, and it always made everyone around her laugh too.
Yes…once initiated, you could not ignore that signature hard belly laugh, and so unique I will never forget her sweet sound.
Even though we grew apart, and life transported us far apart, I will always cherish those memories of her and the LCBI gang. My deepest condolences to her family and loved ones. Hugs to Tristan who truly was her soul mate. Virtual hugs to all that she touched
My heart breaks for you all. Kristine was a beautiful and caring person. May you hold her memory in your hearts forever. Gone to soon.
The loss of this special person at such a young age is hard to comprehend. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Words cannot express the sorrow our family is feeling today in the loss of Kristine. When she was a baby, I was fortunate to be able to babysit her on weekends when she lived on her grandparents’ farm with her mom and dad. She was such a ray of sunshine to all she knew! Always such a positive girl! When she came to live with us in UC, everyone who met her loved her bright smile and continued to ask how she was doing today. When she worked for us, we got to know her as a young adult and enjoyed her infectious smile. Tristan and Kristine were such great babysitters when Jacinta was a baby. When Dean and I flew to Edmonton to a Rolling Stones concert on a whim, they didn’t bat an eye to look after Jacinta. Kristine will always hold a special place in our hearts! As she smiles down upon us, we’ll feel the great memories she has left with us!
Garry, Janet and family;
