It is with heavy hearts that the family of Claude Anctil announce his passing on Friday, February 21, 2025 at the age of 75 years.
Claude will always be missed by his family, wife of 28 years, Louise Tremblay; two children, Denise Anctil (Wayne Paquette) Luc Anctil; step-son, Lee (Paige) Tremblay; three grandchildren, Aimée, Calliope, and Grayson; four brothers, Gilles (Claire), Ronald (Toni), Roger (Jeannine) and Danny (Paulette); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
Claude was predeceased by his son, Paul; and his parents, Candide and Théodule.
Keeping with Claude’s wishes, cremation will take place. A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 15, 2025 at 11:00 at The Broadmoor Golf Course Clubhouse, 2100 Oak St, Sherwood Park, AB.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Claude may be made to the charity of one’s choice.

Claude a été précédé dans la mort par son fils, Paul; et ses parents, Candide et Théodule. Conformément aux volontés de Claude, la crémation aura lieu. Une célébration de la vie aura lieu le samedi 15 mars à 11h au Broadmoor Golf Course Clubhouse. Au lieu de fleurs, des dons à la mémoire de Claude peuvent être faits à l’organisme de bienfaisance de votre choix.

Our condolences to all the family! Being his neighbour from back in his farming days, we knew Claude as a man with so much talent, pride, patience and such a big heart! If he couldn’t do something right, he wouldn’t do it at all. We were very fortunate to have known him. Life doesn’t always deal us the best of cards, but Claude definitely did the best with everything he touched! May you RIP
