Jock Stevens Obituary
It is with a broken heart that we announce the sudden passing of Jock Stevens age 39 years on Monday February 2nd, 2026.
He leaves to mourn his devoted Father Jock(Beatrice), his sisters Kelly (Glenn), Kendell (Tyson), Nephew Cody (Valerie), Niece/ God Daughter Kaylee, and large circle of family and friends.
Jock is proceeded by his mother Veronica Stevens, Grand Parents Ambrose & Charlotte Rumbolt, Issac & Beatrice Stevens his brother in law Anson Pittman and childhood best friend Jeremy Pittman, many Aunts and Uncles.
Jock grew up in bird cove Newfoundland, moved to Fort Mc Murray, Alberta at the age of 16, where he later fell in love with truck driving. Jock was never scared to drive any truck big or small, longer the truck better he liked it. Jock loved his family very much, he loved family get togethers in cold lake where there was lots of food and lots of family to talk too. He had a talent of making people laugh with his funny stories and jokes. we know in our hearts he is with in a safe place with our mom in heaven.
The Stevens family expresses its sincerest gratitude to the health care staff at Royal Alexandra Hospital Edmonton Alberta, who provided care to Jock in his final moments.
Jock will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Cremation has taken place, service will take place at Our Lady Of Grace church in Bird Cove, NL February 17th 2026 at 2:00.
I will always love and miss you Jock. I know you are happy to be with your mom in Heaven but you were too young to die. I will always remember and miss you.
