Robert Lloyd Gorham
Born Jan 6 1955 to Robert and Marjorie Gorham
He worked most of his life driving trucks. He drove for Westcan, b-trains for Pro Tran, Log trucks, End Dump for border Paving and finally water hauling to rigs all over Alberta. He loved his sports cars and motorcycles. He was a total “motor head”. His second passion was music. He attended many concerts in his life and knew an unbelievable amount about all genres of music.
Bob passed away Dec 11 2022 with most of his family by his side.
He is survived by the love of his life Lorna, his wife of 34 years. His daughters Meagan( Stacy), Olivia( Derrick), Jennifer( Nick), and sons Tavis (Niomi), and Matthew (Natasha). He was a wonderful Grandfather to his grandchildren : Reece 22, Madison 19, Darrion 18, Teygan 16, Logan 16, Gabriel 14, Leland 14, Lilly 11, Van 10, Phoenix 7, and Dayle 2.
He loved to travel, mostly driving and had gone right across Canada, from Tofino to Newfoundland. He had been to England with his family for work, and then a high school trip to England, France, Amsterdam, and Spain. He travelled with his wife Lorna to Mexico, and then Scotland, where he found it to be the homecoming of his soul. He loved his family, fast cars, his Harley Davidson, and his dog Ruby.
He will be sadly missed as we all loved him very much
