In Loving Memory of
SHIRLEY ANN MOTKALUK
December 27, 1937 – April 4, 2021
Unfortunately Parkinson’s disease is a neurodegenerative disorder and it would take her from us too soon.
On April 4, 2021, Shirley passed away at the age of 83 years.
Shirley will be lovingly remembered by her daughters Penny (Tim) &
Darci (Eric), son Darrell, grandsons Michael & Thomas (Tiffani),
granddaughters Shannon, Ashley & Katie,
great granddaughters Annabeth & Tahlia, sister Doreen, brothers
Harvey & Ronnie as well as other family and close friends.
Shirley was predeceased by her husband Harry Motkaluk, her parents
Harvey & Alice Jesmer, her sister Doris Enge, her brother Ted Jesmer
and her daughter-in-law Janet Wade.
Shirley absolutely loved to travel and went on many adventures with
family and friends. She enjoyed walking and wandering around looking
at anything and everything that interested her—a beautiful garden, a
historic building or an odd animal!
Shirley you will be dearly missed
Cremation has taken place and a small family gathering may follow
at a later date.

So sorry to hear about your Mom! She was SO blessed to have you all as her children, taking such great care of her while she battled the debilitating Parkinson’s disease, which she handled with such grace and dignity. She was, indeed, a very lovely lady and I know you will all miss her very much.
I would just like to say Thank You for everyone’s kind words, Joyce, Violet, and Nathan you were all very good friends to my mom. Joyce, you brought back memories that I will not forget. Violet & Nathan you also brought back a lot of memories. Janet you also had a place in my mom’s heart that I remember. Vera you have such an outgoing personality that my mom was drawn to, and that she loved.

I’m so sad & sorry to hear about Shirley. My prayers and condolences are with you all during this difficult time. Hoping all those special and precious memories, bring you some comfort in the days ahead… May God’s promise @ Isa.25:8 and Rev.21:4,5 give you a hope… I have some cherished memories of Shirley

I remember travelling with Shirley. I remember our trip to Hawaii. I remember going on a Bethel Tour with Shirley and her mother. She loved exploring. I look forward to seeing her in the “New World” exploring the paradise earth. Memories last forever! Take comfort in a life well lived.
So sorry to hear of your moms passing. Please remember all the good times you had with her as she was a very special person and will be greatly missed.
Shirley was a great person. I lived next door for many years. We played cards with her & Harry many times, sometimes until 4am. We couldn’t let the boys win. I look forward to reuniting with Shirley when the resurrection promised in the Bible occurs. (John 5:28, 29). What a grand day that will be! But for now we miss her very much and cherish her memory.
So sorry to lose Shirley, as she was part of our extended Frank family and sister to all; a beautifull, kind and loving person. Our heartful thoughts to your family.
